Question by dalmailam: How much would a year’s worth of dog supplies cost?
I really want my parents to get me a dog.
I’m trying to convince them by telling them that I’d pay for all of the supplies I need.
So I need to know how much everything would cost.
It would be great if you can actually list the things I’d need.

I am looking to get a puppy and raise enough money myself. The puppy I want is about $ 400. All those dog owners out there, how much would all the supplies for the puppy be (food, toys etc.) ? And how much did your first vet visit cost? And what types of shots do they give?

I don’t carry a handbag but my car has all sorts of dog things. Water, bowl, extra leash, blankets, bag of food and probably a toy or two.
